I don't get why AGS would need to do a deal to hand over the 40% (at the Ithochu pricing) if after losing the case they had already fronted for Heathgates legal bills as part of the settlement. Perhaps Heathgate were threatening to sue AGS for the opportunity cost of not being in production earlier (though not even sure this is possible to do so and I imagine would be a very complex trial).

Has anyone sought the advice of the shareholders association, I would think that these are the best people to offer some guidance and may even put questions to management in a more official manner.
