I can't believe any one here is discussing share buybacks. Guys; this company has lost money hand over fist year on year, quarter on quarter for its entire existence and has raised money nearly every year it has been listed. For one moment in time it has some cash in the bank and ppl suggesting best use is to do BB?? LOL, and then quarter after that will be likely doing another CR to fund production or fund the rest of the IC project. Come on guys, its a serious insult to any investor's intelligence whether long term holders here or just spent 5 minutes researching the company and its history.

I have owned companies which in their stupidity/confidence have done BB's at higher prices than subsequent and prior CR prices. That's called shareholder value destruction. So please guys, no more BB BS talk. It's for stable, well established, profitable companies with steady and growing profits. In the US, these type of companies even borrow money at ridiculously low rates to do their BBs. So no doubt, it is a valuable option for those types of businesses of which FLC will not become within the next 5 years, at least.
