    IMO it is too early to be looking at share buybacks as FLC has started turning the corner. (speaking as a SH who is still well in the red..)
    We're still re-positioning operations to core markets.
    Gaining traction in more profitable SPS business is still in its infancy.
    Once the above is in play then it can be considered.
    Otherwise its the left hand doing the buybacks whilst the right hand is doing the CRconfused.png
