The execution of binding agreements occurs at board level meetings, which are scheduled ahead of time and are quite formal meetings where everything is minuted and officially recorded.

As such, the fact the above statement was in the announcement today tells me the meeting for the execution of the documents are set for today in the respective jurisdictions.

There is no other reason for Henry to make that statement. He could easily have left the reference to 'today' out, but he chose to put it in.

Interesting announcement. If they were certain of fin close "today" or tomorrow then theres no way that they would have put out todays news. Im not expecting fin close tomorrow but one big positive from todays news is the fact that the Israel election debarcle has zero influence on IC fin close, which some here had thought was the case.
