    There is no certainty that it will occur today, requests for amendments at the 11th hour is common ... but I believe there is a good chance it could be today .. or else why would he have added that reference to 'today'. He could easily have been silent on the exact timing.. like they always have been... saying it could be 'today' really was a surprise, and not required.. unless he knows something we don't... like the date set for the execution of agreements!
