"The delay in signing of the financing agreements may result in a short-term deferral of revenue that was
expected to be recognized in 2019. However, there is a possibility that such revenue may still be able to be
recognized in 2019, which would support Fluence’s ability to achieve an EBITDA positive quarter in Q4 2019."

They have a strong argument for the auditors to allow most of this revenue to be recognized in 2019 given the work was completed in 2019. Hard for company to make a definitive statement without their auditor's approval, but in principle I can't see why that wouldn't be the case.

Great news and has left no doubt for me the bottom is now well and truly in.

I can see now why they waited so long before making this announcement on the delay. Touch and go as to the final signing date.
