I know it's hard to take the announcement at face value given the history. But I underline the words "slight delay" and "proving challenging to deliver original documents for signing" as being quite specific and understandable in this environment. It only gives them a small window to close out based on those reasons. Why risk further cred damage with such specific and small delay windows which will be shown to be true or false within a month or so.
