    Governments/Countries don't cancel the projects because they don't want/need the water, they cancel because they don't have the funds or don't want to spend the amount to produce the water. Or governments change and the new government have a better idea to produce the water. eg IC will look for less expensive ways to deliver water rather than Fluence's 160mil Euro plant.

    IC has an election in 3 months. go figure.
