Talbot has 25M shares, previously i thought these were being dumped or transferred on market which was not the case, i understand the fund's aim is to liquidate current holdings when the opportunity and the price arises, so they would not have invested more capital into IVR and will sell at some point, hopefully in one transaction.

I not a fan of recent trading or how the placement was conducted and yes, there will be some placement stock coming on market at anything above 11c. The large amount raised should be used by IVR to test multiple targets at a faster pace then they would otherwise be capable of without going back to the market.
