    3:7 rights issue with option to apply for more..

    cap raise at 0.11 for max approx $8M and the issue of a maximum of 76M shares for fully diluted shares on issue after raising of approx 250M which at current market cap would give a share price of $0.09

    record date 30/9/11 so no reward for holders!!

    if they can raise close to the maximum then it will be huge step in the direction towards resource definition at Peterlumbo..
