re: Ann: IVR Announces Non-Renounceable 3 for... That's a lot of money and a lot of dilution. I reckon its bollocks. A raising of ~$3.5 million would let them get busy with drilling without massive dilution, and allowing for a higher share price as a result of good exploration results, mean that the next time they raise money they wouldn't have to issue so many shares.

But hey, when you aren't having to kick in your own hard-earned, i.e. the directors, who cares. Besides when you're sucking out nearly a million a year in management fees/wages, you need to make sure your lifestyle is secure...

IVR needs new management.
