    Only people interested in keeping the price of silver lower is the following:

    - Major industry that uses Silver as a component in their products (if china could cap the price of Iron ore they would..)
    - A couple of Traders at major bullion banks, make a few dollars each day pushing the price in whatever direction yields them a profit.
