There is a big difference between a ‘market release / announcement’ and a ‘prospectus’. One is a legal document whilst the other is not – some, I am sure, will beg to differ! No clarification is required on the ‘prospectus’.
Yes, technically the displayed price “$0.01” in the 20/01/23 announcement “Non-Renounceable Entitlement Issue Loyalty Options” was a typo. IMO it should have been displayed $0.001and kept in that format in EVERY document in relation to these options. There has always been room for misunderstanding between decimal places and the word “cent”. I my book, all prices should be written in terms of dollar value and displayed as such.
There is no misunderstanding how much $0.001 is worth. ………………. 3/5th of bugger all!
