A discount/ dilution of this magnitude, in this market is ridiculous! Raising money is smart but for this project it could and should be done at a much more reasonable level to ensure minimal dilution for existing shareholders. IMO existing shareholders should be offered first right of refusal for any raise with any shortfall then offered to new shareholders. This totally disrespects those shareholders that have remained loyal during the leaner times!
