Despite their PR spiel about being "reinvented" and "open for business", this thug kleptocratic ZANU-PF regime have grim record of broken promises, corruption and devious deals.
That is why the sovereign risk still hangs heavy over the share price and farm-in / investment options.

If the regime want to gain any credibility with potential new western investors they should sign the PPSA soon.
