Maybe it will be like PCL (as you pointed out) in Namibia and it will take just as long to get a contract extension...over 12 months. After all as your post states it is Africa.
Something isn't quite right with IVZ at the moment...we get no info to hang our hats on just sitting and waiting. What basis is this for an investment? How can it all be so hard? How can nothing real (not) happen for ages and ages...we do not have a blueprint or a map and only our internal compass to guide us...Be prepared!
