    I agree with your call "necessary" ........ But, I meant "Good" in a sense that..... without it, we could not move forward the way we should.

    And definitely expected and hence why knock it now (shite)? We all knew it was coming and expected the terms..... I am pretty sure DB mentioned the terms earlier............ What would have happened to the SP if it was not announced?
