I think the guys at Strategic Capital Management have been in this for a while. If i'm right, David Ledger from SCM stumped up $225,000 for his 11,250,000 shares way back in March 2014 when they raised capital pre the initial transaction (already 6.75x return on money based on 13.5c close....not bad). Not sure if he is still on the register at the same level still (was #9 in the top20 at the last Annual Report). I guess that's a good thing that they seem to be getting more involved in the day to day. Will be interesting to see how they set the funding going forward and how that effects dilution for existing holders. The escrowed mob are probably happy to just see more cash go in regardless of price as i'm sure none of them thought they were going to get so many shares issued to them at the outset (given they were happy to strike the initial deal at an effective share price of 4c).
