Needs cash ASAP. Going concern qualification from accountants. Seems SCM know the business well based on the fees they have received in the past year. On a positive note they have probably decided to take a more active role to get things moving. The capital raising structure and quantum will be probably set the scene for the rest of the year and whether this company can actually bust through. Fingers crossed they can pull it off. Still lots of uncertainty though and no clarity on revenue pipeline.
