Market cap post consolidation, vendor issue and capital raising...

Market cap post consolidation, vendor issue and capital raising of $250 million. I'll believe it when I see it and then I still won't believe it. Lots of awards but do they have any customers or partners yet? Why do they need to raise $20 million? I suppose it will all be explained when the prospectus comes out. The technology is no clearer to me after that presentation. Can anyone who does understand it please explain it in straight forward language.
