Having read the agreement over a few times, I have decided it is good, but not amazing. The flexibility to drawer what ever we need month to month and end the agreement is Great. If sales grow as expected, then we won't need this for more than 6 months ish. If not, then we are looking at a lot of dilution over 2 years.
Where it hurts us is the ability they will have to mess with the price in a monthly basis to improve the VWAP in their favour.
Then drive the price up, sell, then drive it down . I suspect more volatility to come, but as I have faith in the product, I will continue to trade it. Now is a good time to buy really..... IMO.
