As far as I am concerned this is a get out of jail free card and I am breathing a sigh of relief.

Without this I believe we were gone.

Now we have a long term finance package available, with the flexibility to add more if needed.

Sure some of the terms could have been more favorable to us , but it is the old saying " beggars can't be chooses."

Hopefully management can now work within their financial limits and build a successful company.
