This is IWG. Its not another tech company.

So how would you value it. $7m is losses last year. Little to no revenue. Very high monthly overhead. $1m in debt. So what's it worth?

The thing I just can't get past is how much money they blew in a year and haven't grown at all. Based on the 2015 reports. Why would they spend more money to go into other markets when they haven't sold anything at home or in the US? I'm going to be very surprised if they can raise more money. The last time it took them a month to get $2m and a loan for $1m. The last investors probably dumped enough stock to cover much of their investment. Investors should be up in arms with the lack of information and some real numbers.

It's going to be interesting. That's for sure.
