Your 100% correct. No one goes to such efforts for a dud product. That's why If the CR of 20mill goes ahead, then we know that we are onto a winner. Miss Foster, EX Microsoft, is backing this product, and recommending it to investor mates, who in turn will check the product over thoroughly. If those two levels of scrutiny still result in a CR then this definitely is a quality product with huge potential.
The real unknown id the impact on Share price pre raise. Where as post raise I expect this stock to be 20c plus.
