Last week's Financial Review article quotes the IWebGate CEO advising( In my words) early days and yet to develop revenue however gov in Michigan now a client along with a Ieading tier one university in the USA.
I was intrigued and went searching. A google search found the following buried away in the detail of an overall cloud capability sought from multiple suppliers including AWS.
"Michigan ... Oakland County Michigan's G2G Marketplace is issuing this Request for Proposal .... iWebGate provides Remote Desktop Gateway Services". RFP issued 2015.
IMO it looks like OaklandCounty has taken the IWebGate Remote Desktop product , if this is what the IWebGate CEO in the Financial Review article referred too.
This has the seeds of a highly strategic future leverage for IWebGate's segregated layers technology into government at the state and local government level in the USA..
Look forward to seeing revenue flows develop from this initiative . Terrific also when combined with the Blue Tech initiative at the Federal Government level.
