I laughed out loud when I saw that chart on page 23. The pitiful "Actual" line in the bottom left corner, together with the "forecast" blue line soaring majestically into the millions? I can not believe there are too many people who took that seriously.

As the Chairman says in his letter, they are continuing to seek further investment. That is what the presentation of fanciful numbers is really about. Whether it convinces anyone enough for them to hand over more $millions we shall see.
