Bells. Pretty sure you work for IWG. IWG would be a good product to mask your IP.

So there is an announcement of hiring a whole team in the U.S. , a loan to Blueriver, yet no details on what's happening. Small cap? Seems like something is missing.

No ISP
Major losses
Increased overhead
Possible technical risks from single point of failure
No confirmation of US team on boarding
And the only person who is pushing this company happens to be bells who appears to have some interesting first hand information for such a small company.
