Under Listing Rule 3.1, an entity must disclose all information concerning it that it becomes aware of from any source and of any character, if a reasonable person would expect the information to have a material effect on the price or value of its securities.

ASX Listing Rule 3.11 requires immediate disclosure of market-sensitive information if it has ceased to be confidential. This obligation relates only to information that is market-sensitive, and not to all information held by an entity.

1.2 Under the ASX Listing Rules a company must continuously disclose price sensitive information to the market. Price sensitive information is information that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of a company's securities.
