it sounds exciting and all that, but after quite a list of MOUs, i suspect this one will be rather like the last few and be relatively meaningless insofar as it probably won't do much to raise the SP.
The potential of IXR and what it has to bring to the market is impressive, but will it happen in time before its all for naught for IXR?
Chemex recently went through decling SP and money issues before delisting and its IP taken into foreign hands overseas.
I've held IXR a long time now because I saw potential in them, so I really do hope this MOU is the start of a turn around.
