Ive had a think about this JV and could it be possible that the upside for IXR is influence on where the seperated oxides go? More control on the secruity of supply for the supply chain.
Before the JV we just had RE from Makuutu to offer and recycling. Now if we get more RE from other mines in Brazil we can potentially direct that massive flow of oxides more where we see fit, giving IXR more China like controll over western supply.
