Yet another MOU being churned out by IXR year after year with no sight in converting them into a binding contracts
Which begs the question , if the below MOU is not converted tomorrow does the whole supply chain disappear ?
Without a announcement coming tomorrow there will be no supply chain agreements between the two parties. IMO
