How do you value IXR if strategic partnership start to come thru? Is this Brazil an indication of IXR actually starting deliver on their business plan!

Looks like IXR's technology may soon show an economic foot-print!? Let's hope Brazil move ahead quickly so that others follow - IXR appears to have been doing the hard miles with PR, Brazil nes indicates its not all Fluff & Puff!?
