Agreed Pork. Those decisions have been extremely costly.
The judgment makes it clear that there is no chance Shine is getting any of that interest. The judge could not have been clearer.
Time for Shine to move on and fight for survival. The big questions then are:
1 How will they find 32 million to pay the funder?
2 How are Shine going to account for this in the full year accounts?
3 Is there anyway Shine can come back from this?
