Im not very sober after my Monkey Shoulder I took after reading this judgement. Given the decline of $30 million in cash in last half years accounts funding new fee earners, a dalliance into the USA, new offices, which will be cashflow negative for some time, I cannot shine a light on where this company is going. If the company was to do a rights issue, even at a massive discount, I doubt whether the majority shareholders would have the cash to psrticipate so that mode of funding is out of the question.
