I can't see Shine continuing to operate in its current fashion without some changed. They really need to get back to workers comp and motor vehicle compensation and reduce their headcount and media advertising and execute the cases on their books and bank the cash and reduce reinvestment. As for their class action business, their reputation has suffered in the PFAS of about $3000 per house average and in the J&J the fast track of $7500 per victim . This doesn't really resonate that well and one wonders why these cases did not go to trial for damages, especially in the J&J as the grounds for damages and the reference amount of damages had been determined. Also why did Lee accept it. He is at fault too.
