The $32 million in interest (and counting) will cripple Shine.
It will take years to pay off.
The best shareholders can hope for is that Shine is bought out just as Slater and Gordon were.
The people who made the decision to fund the disbursements like this need to be held accountable, and Shine need to come clean about the true impact of this disaster. Their announcement says they have their head in the sand.
And Shine’s management or executive better not receive any cash or share bonuses this year after such a result of their own making.
