Terrible outcome for Shine. Application dismissed. It is open for them to file a further application for a proportion of the interest, but they are getting zero interest at this point, and have to find $30+ million themselves to pay the debt.
Shine will have to take a material provision on the full year accounts now which will make already bad accounts even worse.
