But you should add that Justice Lee is none to pleased with SHJ. That certainly is the message if you read the totality of his judgement. But its more that the quantum of the interest, its the way it was handled with no communicaton with the victims etc. Would this matter even have been an issue if SHJ had fronted the victims and said 'we cannot afford to keep this case goimg without external finance, its gone on too long and Ethicon/J&J are pushing us all the way to the High Court in the hope we will fold. They aren't backing down and are going for broke. We will have to fold unless we can get external funding, which we believe we can, but the terms aren't great, the interest is X - but its either that or we will be forced to fold.
