Predictable outcome and clearly a message to SHJ to resubmit something more palatable to both sides - good old mediation of meet you in the middle so that neither side feels as though they have won nor lost.
Interesting that SHJ didn't think this important enough to grade as 'price sensitive' - it has the potential of redefining how an entire segment of an industry will opreate going forward. Omni Bridgeway will be an interested observer.
