The 'good' news from my point of view is the court ruling will start forcing SHJ to be more accountable in how it creates balance sheet and P&L items.
In any such case, correct me if I am wrong, but didn't they just win a major class action of $300m. They get a % of the winnings. This will translate from a WIP into cash. Sure they might have a 'WIP' over capitalised interest. This will be a P&L effect. But cash flow...
