ok but if it goes into the trust account, its not going into SHJ bank account yet. So SHJ makes an 'accounting loss' on this case (because value of WIP higher than proceeds from winning the case). Cash still goes into SHJ bank account!!!
Who believes the full value of WIP anyway!!!. The Market certainly doesn't. Just look at the Return on Equity for this company.
My point is that this is NOT terminal. Because of that cashflow!!!.
Lets wait for the year end financials. Write down on WIP doesn't concern me with a book value of $1.60 odd against a share price of 57c. Cash flow does concern me and especially cash in the bank vs debt.!!! Also I want to pay close attention to the cash flow statement, not the p&l!!!
But you do highlight relevant risk points. Hence my small position (currently 0.3% of the portfolio, and hence with the low share price, my positive attitude to dollar averaging downwards)
