Does not this ruling put paid to any additional disbursements to SHJ?
The way I read it is that SHJ has reversed out the $30m odd in interest in FY23 and now they need to write back an additional $6m in fees as claimed in previous years.
So SHJ's position is that they are around $37m short on what they thought they were getting from this and they have lost the rights ot disburse the funds.
Does not this ruling put paid to any additional disbursements to...
