The way I read it is that SHJ has reversed out the $30m odd in interest in FY23 and now they need to write back an additional $6m in fees as claimed in previous years.
So SHJ's position is that they are around $37m short on what they thought they were getting from this and they have lost the rights ot disburse the funds.

I see it more in gross terms. They can still do $20M plus in half year EBITDA so a cheap valuation and hopefully this mess behind them.
