Cash injection is good. That is real. It can pay bills or dividends, unlike WIP.
Shine were originally hoping to be awarded $100 million from the settlement for fees, disbursements, interest and the administration, but will receive a little under $36 million. Less than ideal. This order will put a line under all of that.
No mention of the mesh interest issue. The silence on that point screams the loudest. Have they been ‘preparing submissions’ for nearly six months now?
