I know the current retoric by the potential take over side is that current offer is a substantial premium to what the period before the offers share price was... but blind freddy and his dog... anyone... could see that this business will be viewed and valued differently once KPH is operational, even Bauldercombes impacts have not clearly been shown yet.
this offer is opportunistic... they need to revise the offer to make it stick IMO... people will be (or should be) looking at the 27c on market offer... vs 27.5 agreement and thinking I deserve more for this share
