Ouch, I'm thinking that a non-renewal of the lease removes any hope ERA might have been clinging to, to develop the mine there. Prior to this bombshell, given the enormity of the resource there, it did seem like reasonable odds that it would be developed eventually.
And ironically, it's actually an underground mine proposed so the landscape is potentially much less environmentally affected.
I've traded ERA a few times over recent years but I'm not touching it at the moment.
