usually in real life a person can offer a resource, which may be labour, skills, knowledge, wood, food, etc.
nowadays, welfare gives people a reason not to offer anything of value.
receiving welfare is immoral because it knowingly comes from (or more accurately , is associated with) taxation which is the theft of the resources of others by a cartel that is based in threats, coercion and violence.
