They have drilling in progress or planned and enough cash ($1.9m at Q end) to make a good start, even a discovery.
Today's price action is crazy - fancy selling $100 worth or $400 worth at 20% below market !!! - of course a spike down like that is a buy opportunity but who could even be bothered.
