With better managment this could be a good company.
The appointment of Mr Philippe Cussinet and a further board member to be appointed has got me thinking someone is about to step down ( I hope its Andrew Randal someone should pay for the trading halt shamble among many issues).
If we had a quick return to the capital raising (e.g within a week) the shareprice would of jumped but this long slow shamble has seen the shareprice drop 16%.
NO investor was willing to support the capital raising so after 2 n 1/2 months Jackgreen had to put its hand out to its major shareholder H.H.
I dont think it was the company the investors didn't want to support "but its board".
And if the board need to raise capital again it will provided strong incentives for its customers to become shareholders. LOL "how sad is this board" LOL
Easybeengreen another joke, lets hope this new guy can make something out of this bolt on company with no assets
