    re: Ann: Jackgreen sets sail for 2010 results... I was of the opinion that the long trading halt was due to the company negotiating to purchase a major profit generating asset. This announcement states that the $3m funds are for working capital. No mention of any asset.

    Has JGL once again not given shareholders the facts?

    I am getting sick and tied of promises of a great future and all we appear to receive is dilution at give a way prices whilst directors cash in fees.

    Looking to bail out!
